Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from J & I Enterprises, Inc., including www.jandiworld.com and www.dewamor.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and unopened
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

2. Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return
• All skincare items must be sealed and unused

3. Professional Equipment & Devices

All equipment and devices (including facial machines) are subject to the following:

• All sales are final once used or activated
• Returns must be unused and in original condition
• Opened or used equipment cannot be returned

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Custom or special-order items
• Sale or clearance items
• Training fees or service-based purchases

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos or videos as proof
• We will repair, replace, or resolve at our discretion

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days

7. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
