Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from J & I Enterprises, Inc., including www.jandiworld.com and www.dewamor.com.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return
- All skincare items must be sealed and unused
3. Professional Equipment & Devices
All equipment and devices (including facial machines) are subject to the following:
- All sales are final once used or activated
- Returns must be unused and in original condition
- Opened or used equipment cannot be returned
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Training fees or service-based purchases
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos as proof
- We will repair, replace, or resolve at our discretion
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
